Wine Tasting Events

We deliberately didn't call this a British Cheese and Wine night as (apart from some delicious bubbles from Gusbourne Estate) we'll be using an international array of wine, plus a beer and cider, to match our cheeses. Expect proper Cheddar, Cheshire, Stilton, Caerphilly (great with Pale Ale) and various other artisanal styles. As per usual Theo from the Deli Downstairs and Tom will provide the greatest double act since Hinge and Bracket, finding some great combinations and challenging a few preconceptions.
