Wine Tasting Events

We've had around 250 people attend our introductory "How to Taste Wine" course, and we thought it was high time that we offered a follow-on event which suits the relative novice or the enthusiast brushing on their skills. Whereas Part One focuses on how wines taste (acidity, sweetness, tannin etc), in Part Two we spend a bit more time on how climate and "terroir" (soil, microclimate etc) can affect the finish product. We'll also examine some of the major grape varieties, which we tend to avoid in Part One. As usual, light food will be served.
