For this very special event we move across the road from our Lauriston Road shop to commandeer space at the Empress, to enjoy a fabulous 3-course dinner accompanying a range of stunning wines from the Brumont portfolio in Southwest France, which includes the twin flagships Chateau Bouscasse and Chateau Montus, We are delighted to welcome Fabrice Dubosc, winemaker for Vignobles Brumont who will introduce his stunning, powerful red Madirans, elegant dry whites and unctious, marmalade-rich sweet wine. We'll serve an aperitif, a red and white with a pork terrine starter, another red and white with a lamb main course, then the awesome £100-per-bottle Madiran La Tyre, and delicious sweet Pacherenc de Vic-Bilh with pannacotta and orange.
