Standard delivery on products ordered through our online shop is via courier. Orders placed before 1pm on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will normally arrive the next day before 4pm. Orders placed Friday before 1pm will normally be delivered the following Monday before 4pm. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or anytime Saturday, Sunday or Monday will generally be delivered the following Wednesday before 4pm. There are no deliveries on bank holidays or Sundays.

Delivery dates are given in good faith but are estimates only and no liability will be accepted for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses in England, Wales and Scotland is charged at £10 per order for 1 to 12 bottles, or £17 on orders of 13 or more bottles (excluding Saturday deliveries). Delivery to remote areas of northern Scotland or outlying Scottish islands may involve an additional charge and a delay. If you require delivery to these areas, to Northern Island or the Isle of Man please contact the shop.

All bottles are despatched in protective packaging and/or sent via fragile goods courier service to minimise any chance of damage in transit. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, see the Returns section.
