From where France meets Spain. The heat of the mediterranean & cool shadow of the Pyrennes enables the fruit of this region to express it's fullest. A blend of 45% Macabeu, 45% Rolle, and 10% Carignan blanc sourced from 35-year-old vines. Rich, aromatic and ripe wine suitable for food of a similar fashion.
