Made since 1991 and one of the pioneering Douro reds. Dark, dense and impressive, and still 3 to 5 years from maturity (although drinking now). The flavours of dark berries, spice and earth are rich yet beautifully discrete. Despite the power on offer here, Redoma is above all an elegant wine, beguilingly feminine.
