Bordeaux-trained Thierry Germain follows the strictest biodynamic principles to produce his wines. This Cabernet Franc comes from vines that are 25+years, using only indigenous yeasts. Vivid indigo, pungent aromas of peppery violet and cherry, appearing quite viscous. Purity and freshness on the palate with flesh and structure.
