(Biodynamic) St. Laurent is related to Pinot Noir, but usually makes fuller, bolder tannin-abundant wines. Although it has travelled, its heartland is very much Austria, and this is one of the stars, whose delicate power has really impressed us. From a low-yielding, biodynamic, 45-year-old vineyard.
