Panama 2008 Rum

This is a very sought after bottle amongst Rum lovers. Bottled without addition of colouring or sugar and only gone through very light filtration after years of ex-Bourbon cask maturation. Deep notes of tropical fruit are layered by hints of leather and tobacco and a broad palate with plenty of buttery fudge and baking spices. The finish is smooth and pleasant with hints of lime leaves.
