Barbabianca

Marco is a young winemaker, inspired by biodynamic agriculture, producing wines made of local varieties with a minimalist approach. The Barbabianca is a field blend, fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts, bottled unfiltered with low sulphites. A lively nose of fleshy white and yellow fruits, and elderflower.
