A Barolo from an excellent vintage from an excellent site, now in the middle of its drinking window. The San Rocco is the richest wine made by Azelia, and its flavour profile ranges from rich cherry fruit and plum but is beautifully contrasted by light herb accents like rose, sage and rosemary. Great complexity and depth for the money.
