La Falaise

From low yielding vines close to the Mediterranean this wine is available only in limited quantities. Aged in a selection of varied sizes and ages of oak barrels to add an intriguing complexity and nuance. Apart from the typical dark fruit you'd expect there are some notes of garrigue herbs, tapenade and notes bordering on salinity. Dark, solid, robust, and impressive throughout.
