Lunedi

Slightly more peachy in colour but still classified as a rose. It's made entirely from Primitivo but left on Fiano skins for 10 days to add some more perfumed notes. On the nose are aromas of baked apple, dry herbs and peach blossom. The palate is lively and refreshing but still with a textural mouthfeel and a peppery character. |O|B|
