Gerhard's gently sparking, delicious, silky rose pet nat (fermentation finishes in bottle). Fresh, subtle, elegant, with pure red berries and blossom and unlike quite a few pet nats we taste, nothing evening approaching a negative. This kind of quality from Austria doesn't come cheap, but this is really fine for the style. Slips down worryingly easily. |B|
