Rivesaltes Ambré

A fantastic fortified sweet wine from a small winery in the Roussillon, it rested in barrel for 28 years before ageing in bottle in a temperature controlled cellar for a further decade. Always excellent value for money, Rivesaltes are very complex and rich, and this wine is a perfect example with plenty of fig, sultanas, dried satsuma, hazelnut, honeycomb, and caramel.
