A fun, easy drinking red from just south of Lisbon, named after the sparrows drawn to the ripening grapes on the vines. Initially ripe and round with dark cherry and plum notes. Then, given a bit of air, it develops some delightful herbal notes whilst maintaining its fruit forward character. |V|
