Q: I’ve ordered my wine online, when will my wine be delivered?

If you have placed your order before 10am on Monday to Thursday, it will normally arrive the next day before 4pm. Orders placed Friday before 10am will normally be delivered the following Monday before 4pm. Orders placed after 10am on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will generally be delivered the following Tuesday before 4pm. There are no deliveries on bank holidays or Sundays.

Q: If I buy wine in your shop, will you deliver?

Yes!  We have our delivery driver Ray for local deliveries from Wednesday to Friday, or if you’re within 10 mins walk, we will trolley it round.

Q: I haven’t seen my receipt for my online purchase, has my order been taken?

Please check your email has not gone into your trash folder. If it is not there, please call us during shop hours on 0208 985 1549 so we can help you.

Q: Do you deliver overseas?

There are some restrictions for delivering alcohol, and liquids, to some countries, please contact us on 0208 985 1549 or at to arrange an international delivery.

Q: Do you hold wine tastings?

Yes!  We have free Friday tastings every week as well as ticketed, seated events.

Q: I bought a ticket online. Do I need to print out the receipt for the event?

If you have bought a ticket, we will have a record of your order. Just bring yourself and an inquisitive mind!

Q: Do you stock vegan wines?

Yes! Search for vegan wines under Wine and then press “Production“.

Q: What is your returns policy?

Q: Do you just sell wine?

We sell spirits, beers, sake and more!

Q: Do you sell magnum size bottles (1.5 litres)?

Yes! Visit our Wine page, select “Bottle Size” on the left-hand menu and search for "150cl". 



Q: Can I buy wines and pay for it over the phone?

No, we are unable to take payments over the phone; however, all the products available in our shop are available on our website, which takes secure payments.

Q: Can I order online and pick up from your store?

Yes! When ordering online, let us know the shop you would like to collect from in your order's comments.

Q: Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! Buy gift vouchers online, or in store, and redeem them in any of our shops.

Q: Do you keep my credit card number when I order online?

No, we do not keep credit card information on our website as payments are processed by SagePay, a third party website.
