Wyvern Wing Cyder

Inspired by the lime-fresh Rieslings and perfumed Pinot Gris of France's Alsace wine region. Made solely from Braeburn apples, the cyder is cold-fermented in the cellar for up to six months, using precise winemaking techniques to bring out the character and freshness of the fruit. Aromas of crisp green apple, gooseberry and citrus blossom lead to a gently dry, still palate that's both rounded and zingy.
