Mastering Classics: White Burgundy

White Burgundy is often seen as the pinnacle of white wines and especially of Chardonnay. It is the style recreated the world over from California to Victoria in Australia, Limari Valley in Chile to Crouch Valley in Essex, all with their own interpretations on the "original". 

At this tasting we will head to the Cote d'Or in Burgundy to find out how and why this region produces some of the finest white wines in the world at vilalge level to Grand Cru and from the elegant Chassagne-Montrachet to the powerful Cortons and Meursaults. 

Light nibbles from our local partners will be served alongside the wines.
