Winemaker Night: Unlocking Pouilly Fuissé

We invite you to an intimate evening with Eric Forest, one of the key faces of the Maconnais. Based in village of Vergisson, he now works with 6 hectares planted between 1930 and 1979. His grandfather played a major role in his approach to viticulture and winemaking, passing down biodynamic principals still used by Eric today. Grapes are handpicked and fermented and matured between ten to fifteen months in barriques and demimuids. All wines are hand bottled showing the absolute precision and gentle handling that goes into his incredible wines. 

Cheese pairings: A light selection of cheeses will be provided and expertly paired from our partners MacFarlane's Deli.
