A bone dry - karakuchi style - ginjo. Floral, citrussy, herbal and spicy nose, the fragrance being somewhat low key, followed by a cuttingly crisp palate, slightly potent alcohol. Bolder and drier than any of the other sakes we sell. Dangerously easy to drink.
