2010 Single Vintage Cognac

Made by the house of Chez Richon in the Grande Champagne region of Cognac, it was aged for a minimum of 10 years in French oak to reach great depth and complexity before being bottled for Hermitage Cognac in Wiltshire. This is a cognac offering plenty of character and refined elegance hitting notes of orange peel, tinned peaches, violet, sweet Christmas spice, mocha, prune and a soft but lingering note of walnut on the finish.
