1792 Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

A different take on bourbon hailing from the Barton Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, with a high-rye mashbill for a drier and spicier expression of Kentucky bourbon. Aged for 6 to 7 years in a rickhouse to smooth out the spirit and give it complexity, this bourbon has a profile of dried apricot, vanilla, toffee, black pepper, cardamom, and a lovely tingling citrus note on the finish.
