Clairin Communal Rum

A blend of sugarcane spirits from Sajous, Vaval, Casimir and Le Rocher. Each of the producers have native cane varieties, wild fermentations and their own traditional distillation methods which bring an added layer of complexity to this vibrant rum. The usual cane flavours are balanced by a blend of fresh tropical fruits and spicy sweetness of aniseed and liquorice allsorts.
