Their Galley Head Rhum Cask Finish is a smooth, spicy style that sees maturation in a mix of ex-Bourbon and ex-Caribbean Rhum casks. A nose of baked banana souffle, wood smoke and caramel complements an easy and wonderfully textured palate that offers little tropical fruit hints and a spiced fruit finish.
