Clonakilty Distillery

An Irish gin inspired by the Minke Whales that swim off the distillery’s Atlantic Coast. Distilled using sustainably harvested  and local rock samphire, as well as lavender, lemon verbena and citrus fruits over a whey base. It is a citrus lover’s dream, a creamy, decadent, lemon posset, yellow fruited, aromatic gin with a saline mouthfeel and finish. A perfect martini gin that supports the WDC, Whale and Dolphin Conservation. Enjoy out of the freezer into a little dry vermouth and garnish with a lemon peel.
