A navy strength gin from Dyfi distillery bottled at 57% ABV. Combining locally sourced coastal botanicals with spices shipped from overseas to create an ode to maritime culture. The gin is finished in very old Madeira casks to give a rich umami character complementing the saline tang and spicy compexity.
