Grappa di Barolo

First distilled in authentic copper alembics using grape musts of Nebbiolo grapes from the Barolo DOCG, the spirit then undergoes light ageing in oak barrels for 24-30 months to give the grappa a more textural mouthfeel. A very elegantly perfumed grappa with aromas of red fruits, vanilla, and floral rose, it has a very long finish dotted by sweet cinnamon spice, and very gentle and integrated oak flavor.
