James Eadie 10 yr Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Matured initially in ex-bourbon oak casks, James Eadie then re-racked this single malt whisky from Dailuaine in ex-Oloroso sherry oak for 11 months to create a classic sherried Speyside style of single malt. Rich, long, and impeccably moreish, this whisky has rounded flavours of raisins, walnut, dried fig, stewed plum, malt loaf, and tingling Christmas spice.
