Oaxaca Mezcal

A smoky, rich mezcal distilled in small copper pot stills from Cenizo wild agaves in Mexico's northern state of Durango using indigenous yeasts. The nose and palate are very striking with tropical, citrus, and herbal notes blending together to compliment the smoke. Pomelo, tamarind, pulped green pineapple, and menthol star in the mid-palate, while a sweet tobacco smoke lingers throughout its long finish. Gorgeous.
