Padstow Original Gin

Padstow Distilling has a righteous claim of making one of the most authentic and innovative gins by choosing to make it the hardest way possible. Instead of flavoring bulk spirit, David McWilliams distills his own base spirit from barley grown on a single estate, the Tregirls Farm near the Camel estuary. The spirit is then infused with coastal botanicals like weave juniper, bay leaf, and stems of Alexander to give it a real Cornish identity. Complex, lively, and fresh with its aromas of the sea breeze, it is best served over ice and skinny tonic.
