Pure Single Jamaica Rum

From the famous distillery in Jamaica this 8 year old, pot still only, Rum is showing excellent balance. The tropical fruit is there but equally powerful notes of raisins, dried apricots and allspice shine through the glass. The texture is extremely pleasant and smooth, with an exuberant caramel finish. Definitely a sipper and worth taking time over.
