Sazerac 6 yo Straight Rye Whiskey

Aged for 6 years high in the rickhouse for hotter ageing, this straight rye has a higher than usual rye content of 65-70% in the mashbill giving it its backbone of spice complexity and lovely aromatics. Very easy and charming on its own with flavours of vanilla, toasted marshmallow, dried orange, and five spice, but will make a rich Manhattan cocktail or Sazerac.
