Sheep Whey Vodka

Made from the byproduct of cheesemaking from a farm south of Hobart.  A pure, clean vodka is created by only using the best 10% of the distillation. Intense on the nose with notes of pepper and hints of citrus. The palate is soft and round with a gentle creaminess and a long finish. Eminently sippable served at room temperature.
