The agave for this singular spirit is harvested from wild desert agave, distilled with care and aged for 6 to 12 months in new French oak. A more rounded nose than the plata this Sotol shows sweet vanilla and floral notes alongside the classically spicy vegetal agave flavours. A deliciously smooth, versatile spirit and a must try for any Agave fan.
