Tequila Anejo that delivers on everything good about barrel aged Agave. The Fonseca family control every aspect of its production, from the picking of their own agaves, to the slow cooking process and nurturing of the spirit while in barrel. It produces an aromatic nose of vanilla, roast asparagus, wood smoke, hazelnut butter and dried honeysuckle. The silky palate offers a touch of chocolate, coffee, edging towards a soy like umami balanced by a natural hint of sweetness and peppery finish. A standout sipping tequila.
