Ungava Canadian Gin

This exquisite gin is a result of a long five week infusion of hand-harvested botanicals in Canada's arctic circle including nordic juniper, cloudberry (which gives it its distinctive yellow colour), crowberry, wild rosehips, and Labrador tea flowers. The nose and palate are complex and rich with soft citrus, grapefruit peel, pine, dried berries, and a subtle floral note. Makes a top-class gin and tonic when garnished with a grapefruit slice.
