This Rhum is the purest expression of the sugar cane that can be: several wild cane varieties are spontaneously fermented to be distilled in an artisanal pot still yielding a fresh and tropical nose. The palate is smooth and flavours really mellow down with a couple drops of water showing a complex layer of herbal coriander and grassy notes. Great length of finish with clean sugary notes.
