Yoichi Single Malt

From the northern island of Hokkaido making it distinct from many other Japanese single malts. Burnt caramel and sweet spice on the nose with lovely underlying sweetness. The palate is incredibly elegant and keeps giving long after the first sip with a touch of salinity and lots of white pepper. complementing the caramel and toffee.
