Bodega Carballal
Scented, complex and quite a distinctive style of Albarino, fermented with native yeast and spending just two months on lees. Initially there's a bright, citrus sherbert aroma, the yellow fruit concentration building on the well balance palate, and a mild herbal aspect makes an appearance too.
