Particularly elegant for its arid, southerly origin (2km from the sea). The north-facing vineyards help to restrain the ripeness and alcohol, and this exhibits beautiful deep currants and forest fruit with smooth tannin, although it's reassuringly solid in body. Aged only in 5000 litre casks. |O|
