Barbera

A wine full of joy from Vino pH.  Using carbonic maceration (like they do in Beaujolais) for gentle extraction, and then bottled early, this Barbera is all about freshness.  Silky and light with juicy raspberry and strawberry, it goes down very easily, but there's something quite special about the purity of the fruit.  Very limited availability.
