One of the more precise and lean examples of Oregon Chardonnays that you will find. Wet stones, lemon rind and orchard fruit are very well balanced with freshness and acidity. Aged in 15% new french oak for 11 months, but plays sideshow to the volcanic minerality. Dare we say this is almost Burgundian in style?
