White grapes that undergo 10 days of carbonic maceration, fermentation as whole grapes under a layer of carbon dioxide, so the juice gets its lovely golden colour from the inside of the skins. It's then aged in amphorae for 2-3 months, followed by a year in large old barrels. The result is an orange wine like no other - textured and creamy, yet clear, clean and pure with flavours of apricot and lemon curd. |O|B|
