Overflowing with strawberries, cherry, wild blueberries, plums, then a layer of violets and dried herbs. Volcanic basalt clays, marine sediment bring pure minerality, with fine tannins leaving a seductively lingering finish. One to enjoy now but will give what more it can in the future.
