Rathfinny was founded in 2010, with the first vines being planted in 2012. From vines grown on chalk soils, there is a lovely refreshing acidity and a well judged 3g/L dosage. Red apple, cherry and plum with hints of sweet spice, toasted nuts and pastry. Delicious!
