Hailing from vines in Chitry (a close neighbour to Chablis), Giaraudon's bottling of Burgundy's underrated 'second' white variety is classy and refined. There's plenty of typical aligote freshness here (think lemon, white flowers and herbs), with some juicy red apple bringing a tad more ripeness to the table. Very easygoing.
