Bourgogne Chitry Blanc

From a winery in the town of Chitry-Le-Fort 12km south of Chablis, this is a charming and pure Chardonnay made  without oak ageing to keep the wine's profile bright, zesty, and very fresh. A very fun style of white Burgundy with white spring flowers animating the nose whilst zingy green fruit and grapefruit cleanse the palate.
