A domaine in Burgundy amongst the first to practise biodynamically in France and from just 0.3 hectares up on a limestone plateau on the tops of the beaune slopes. Aged in old oak for 6 months, the wine has a gentle creaminess and lovely textured mouthfeel with slightly floral notes to with ripe green apples and stone fruit. A very good, elegant and fresh white burgundy. |B|
