Brouilly

Two brothers, Landry & Andre have taken over from thier father and have carried on making the wines in exactly the same was he did. Wines are made with carbonic maceration and matured in concrete tanks. This has a little more depth and concentration than most Brouillys, with some nice tannin structure. This you could age for a couple of years or maybe give a little decanting. Either way, a classy accompaniment to some cheese & charcuterie.
